Silver Forest

Initially missed this part of Bellever wood, even though were looking for just this sort of scene. The trees are edged by bushes and small trees at this point, and you cannot really see 'in' from the outside. On the way back, we stopped to admire the frosted edge to the wood, standing like a silver cliff over the snow. We pushed our way inside, and it was like stepping into Narnia! A stunning Hoar frost had turned the foliage a stunning silver, while the dark tree trunks stand like columns in a Cathedral.
