Bluebells are out at the old iron age hill fort at Blackbury Camp. The banking and ditch you can see here once formed the perimeter defenses. The trees grew after the fort fell into disuse.
I do enjoy historical sites like this which you can explore and enjoy without fences, ticket booths, gift shops etc. Just an interesting and atmospheric part of the landscape.
