Chun Quoit

This is an old neolithic burial mound up on the hills overlooking the coastline at Pendeen - one of the many little ancient monuments you can find littering the countryside in Cornwall. Have not been up here for years, and with the sea rather flat, though it would make a nice change. With some fine evening light and an interesting sky, it certainly hit the photographic spot - and possibly one of the few quiet places in Cornwall during the summer holidays!
